Keeping up to date on all things Covid is challenging at the moment for all businesses including restaurants, cafes and takeaways. In the last few months the legislation has changed a number of times – we are now in a national lockdown but in a few weeks time we will be back into the 3 tier local alert Covid system with all sectors of hospitality working at full steam on the run up to Christmas.
How I keep up to date?
In my role as a practicing Environmental Health Officer I advise all sectors of business, including all types of food businesses, on what they should be doing to make sure they are following the rules. Also on how any new restrictions affect their particular business sector.
Along the way I pick up lots of useful tips on what businesses are doing and can pass on these ‘nuggets’ of information to hopefully make things easier for other similar businesses, like you.
