How much time will Consultancy visits take?

Preparing risk assessments for a food business is bespoke. Every food business is different and will have specific requirements. The consultancy required will depend on the expertise and time  you already have available in your business to complete them. Also how complex your business operations are.
For example do you just need a helping hand to fine tune your Risk Assessments? Or do you need help to start from scratch? You may need just half day or up to 2 days consultancy and you will be only quoted for the time it is expected to take.(Although this could change but we will work with you if changes are required.)

How do I start working with FSL?

  • Firstly let me know via the contact form on my website.
  • Next I will contact you by phone or arrange a virtual meeting to discuss what your business needs are in terms of risk assessments and we can discuss the time required and costs.
  • I will then arrange a scoping visit, either in person or virtually to find out what you actually do in your business. During this chat we can talk about what happens on your premises in terms of your customer, staff and visitors’ journey. Also what controls you already have in place to help stop the transmission of Covid 19. Also any existing paperwork you may have relating to Covid 19 risk assessments.
  • If more information is required I will arrange an additional follow up phone call or virtual chat to find out more your business operations.
From this information I will write your risk assessments and follow up with an implementation visit or phone call to check everything is Ok.

My daily rate is from £500 and half day rate from £250.
