Helen Groves is the owner and founder of Food Safety Logic, a food safety consultancy based in Pershore, Worcestershire; and is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner who has 20 years’ experience in food safety in operational management, auditing and regulatory compliance roles giving her a unique and holistic view of food safety. She is experienced in working with small, large and multi-site businesses in the, catering, retail and manufacturing sectors. Food Safety Logic is an Approved Highfield Training Centre registered to deliver accredited courses including food safety, allergens and HACCP; as a trainer Helen and her associate trainers will focus training on the risks within your individual business using their professional knowledge and experience to give learners a positive training experience.
